Back in Fall of 2012 Joseph Hernandez began classes at Florida State University but always dreamed of getting back on the field after suffering from a fractured femur in high school bringing his senior season to an end unexpectedly. He missed football so much he decided to walk on and made the team. Joe played at Florida State University from 2013-2015 as a walk-on linebacker, taking part in the 2013 BCS National Championship and also the 2014 Rose Bowl team. Having a great passion for the game of football, Joseph joined the FSU coaching staff as a student-assistant coach in 2015 and assisted his former coach, Bill Miller with the linebacker unit. Joseph attended FSU for grad school as well, where he earned a Masters Degree in Sport Management while continuing to assist with the Florida State University football team as a graduate student manager.

Having grown up on Miami Beach, Joe developed connections in entertainment and sports. When it came time to the job search, Joseph met with a variety of different agencies. Eventually he was introduced to Frank Salzano and Mike Roberts of Ancient Ei8ht. The decision to join Ancient Ei8ht was easy after seeing the body of work both Frank and Mike have. Frank has represented iconic figures such as Michael Jackson, Usher, Ezekiel Elliott, Evander Holyfield, Swizz Beats and many others on legal matters.

Joseph’s currently living in sunny South Florida on Miami Beach where he looks to begin working in the highly competitive industry of being an NFL Agent. It’s only natural he will be successful in the industry given his ability to consistently make moves! Salute to this legend and anyone who aspires to be a professional sports agent!
